COMPLETE PROFILING SYSTEM: WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO YOU?...
This is our Unique "LONGLIFE" Complete Profiling System;
with the window frame in the existing position, we remove the opening sash/es and the complete window from the outside is profiled in COLORBOND in a SEAMLESS MATCH
to the existing style of the window frame.
Once profiled, the water can not penetrate through to the timber, the beads of water just sit on top of the COLORBOND to run and/or air dry off as per the pictures show below creating "NO-MORE" painting or maintenance.
IMPORTANT POINTS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN MAKING YOUR FINAL DECISION:
3 trades are necessary to install a new window; ie:
CARPENTER for the removal, installation and tip fee of the old window.
PLASTERER/TILER to make good the damage on the inside AND.....
PAINTER to re-paint the wall inside (possibly the room as well) and to coat the window 3 times inside and out.
THE ABOVE ARE ALL FORGOTTEN COSTS!!!

Tripple bi-fold door set just in poor condition due to sun and rain.
Now profiled in COLORBOND "BASALT" and the TIMBER LOOK-A-LIKE woodgrain finish to the sill including new double glazing IGU's supplied by our working partner VARIDIAN.
The original double hung window in Richmond in need of some love.

l think we have seen this senario before with the first attempt using builders bog.......with that failing over a short period of time an "L" shaped bracket has been installed to now keep the corner together.
