This balcony over hang was tiled by the original builder and over time the tiles have dislodged, moved and cracked causing a major overhead danger to the people and cars below.....SOLUTION: Encaptulate the tiled surface with custom made profilesin the COLORBOND metallics range with no-more painting and all the safety issues averted.
The start of a product called ROLPANEL being installed over painted plyboard which is in poor condition to a roof top in St.Kilda.
Now the ROLPANEL has been completely installed over the plyboard, also we profiled the window set in COLORBOND "Basalt".....NO-MORE PAINTING for this client saving her $$$$$$.
Weather boards in poor condition including timber scotia and fascia to a job in Malvern.
New shingles replaced and fascia profiles and all painted in DULUX "Domino" by the NFW TEAM.
After we finished profiling the fascia and profiled the window, we removed the old cedar boards and pre painted a Hardiplank and installed with the owner to complete the finish coat.
The install complete, now awaiting the owner to apply the finish coat.
A huge job in Hepburn Springs where we profiled 16 windows and door sets because the cockatoo's were eating the windows which made the rest of the house look crappy.
